This guide explains what to confirm from your first inquiry through delivery and ongoing support. Costs, schedules and scope are set individually in the estimate, contract or other agreed documents.
We accept commissions for business purposes and from individual consumers. The contact form is for free consultations and estimate enquiries. Sending it alone does not enter a paid contract or create a payment obligation.
1. From consultation to launch
- Consultation: Tell us about your business, goals, required functions, budget and preferred timing. If requirements are not yet settled, let us know.
- Scope and estimate: Confirm the work, materials, costs, schedule and post-launch support.
- Agreement: Confirm services, payment, deliverables, review, rights and cancellation terms before entering the individual contract.
- Production and review: Work proceeds based on the agreed scope, with the review and revision process shared with you.
- Acceptance, delivery and launch: Review against the agreed requirements, then complete the agreed launch and handover of data or accounts.
2. Pricing and scope
Starting prices are shown before tax and with 10% consumption tax. Invoices add 10% tax to the base fee. Costs depend on pages, functions, planning, copy and photography; a listed price does not include every possible task. A specific tax-inclusive total is provided before ordering.
A production-focused plan and a plan including planning or content production cover different work. Before commissioning, confirm the following in the estimate or related documents:
- Pages, functions, languages, supported devices and browsers
- Responsibility for planning, text, photos, video, translation and materials
- The number and scope of revisions and conditions for additional work
- Costs and account ownership for hosting, domains, paid materials and external services
- Launch tasks, update instructions and post-delivery support
If additions or changes outside the original agreement are needed, we confirm their cost and scheduling impact and agree on the work before proceeding.
Normally two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope are included before design approval. Later additions or specification changes require a separate estimate. Defects against the agreed specification are treated separately.
3. Payment and scheduling
50%Before work begins
50%After acceptance
Payment is by bank transfer, normally 50% before work and 50% after acceptance, each within 14 days of invoicing. Work starts after the deposit is received. Staged payments for large systems are agreed with amounts and dates before ordering. Customers pay transfer fees; responsibility and amounts or calculation methods for external charges are disclosed before ordering.
Material submission, start, review and delivery dates or specific periods are stated in the estimate or contract. Adjustments caused by materials, additional requests, review timing or external services are confirmed and agreed.
4. Acceptance and post-launch support
The normal acceptance review period is seven business days after delivery notification, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays. Check the agreed specification, display, links and forms. Silence alone does not constitute acceptance; progress and dates are coordinated. For 30 days after delivery, we support correction of implementation defects against the agreed specification. New features, customer changes, external service changes and ongoing maintenance require separate scope confirmation. The period does not impose a blanket limit on statutory rights or responsibilities.
Post-delivery revisions, backups, security updates and incident contacts follow the support agreement. Search rankings, AI-search inclusion, inquiry numbers and revenue depend on external factors and are not uniformly guaranteed.
5. Deliverables, rights and accounts
Confirm the deliverables and rights for design, copy and source code, and the ownership and handover of domain, hosting and management accounts when contracting. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their licenses and terms.
Please confirm your rights or permission to use materials you provide. Permission and scope for featuring the work, your company name, logo or comments as a case study are also confirmed in advance.
6. Monthly services and cancellation
Monthly services run one month at a time without a longer minimum term or automatic renewal. Each next period, its fees and work are confirmed before it begins, with payment before the service period. Without a next-period application, no next-period fee arises. Dates, tax-inclusive total, additional charges and payment dates are provided before ordering.
For cancellation during production or a monthly period, completed work and approved external charges are itemized using the stage amounts or calculation method agreed before ordering; the unperformed balance is refunded. Email us to cancel. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days after settlement is confirmed. See the Commercial Transactions Disclosure for details.
This page does not impose a blanket cancellation penalty or no-refund rule and does not restrict rights under applicable law.
7. Project materials and external services
Confirm the necessary scope and sharing method for confidential or personal information. Where external services, collaborators or generative AI are used, the necessary explanations and agreements are made according to the materials and service terms. See our Privacy Policy for personal information handling.
